LACING WINDING FEEDER represents a revolutionary new generation YARN Constant Tension Feeding device, unique in terms of functionality and performance, capable of adjusting with utmost accuracy the tension of the yarn during the motor lacing operations.

Lacing Winding Feeder is BTSR last generation solution specifically developed for tension monitoring and control during the Motor Winding Lacing operation, and capable to guarantee yarn constant tension feeding in every working condition.
• Double closed control loop system (BTSR patent)
Featuring simultaneous dual control on both yarn feeding tension and yarn running speed for a complete tension feeding control along the whole yarn path (from the feeding bobbins to the lacing needle) with a very high resolution measurement capability of the yarn fed amount.
• A compact solution for very easy installation
Fully programmable (tension, INC-DEC values, % tolerances, ..) featuring high versatility, all yarns types feeding capability precise meter counter function: Lacing Winding Feeder is the universal solution able to satisfy the most demanding Lacing operators applicative needs.
